  On December 1, 2011, the Governor in Council authorized the re-appointment of Marie-Josée Castonguay to serve as a part-time Member of the Canadian Artists and Producers Professional Relations Tribunal, for a term of one year effective December 11, 2011 until December 10, 2012.
  
  
• Reappointment to the Tribunal

  On October 27, 2011, the Minister of Labour, the Honourable Lisa Raitt, announced the reappointment of Mr. Robert Beccarea as a part-time member of the Tribunal for a term of one year, effective from October 20, 2011.

  A complaint was filed by l'Union des artistes (UDA) against Société Radio-Canada (SRC) alleging that the SRC failed to comply with section 50(a)(iv) of the Status of the Artist Act.
