Certification Order

The Canadian Artists and Producers Professional Relations Tribunal hereby grants to

La société des auteurs de radio, télévision et cinéma

certification to represent, for the purposes of professional relations with all producers subject to the Status of the Artist Act (S.C. 1992, c.33) throughout Canada, a sector composed of:

1. authors of original French language literary or dramatic works, and including the associated research, intended for radio, television, cinema or audio-visual media;
   
   
2. authors who adapt, in the form of French language scripts for radio, television, cinema or audio-visual media, literary or dramatic works, and including the associated research, originally intended for another form of public broadcast;
   
   but which does not include directors in their capacity as directors.
