Certification order

The Canadian Artists and Producers Professional Relations Tribunal hereby grants to the

L'union des écrivaines et écrivains québécois

certification to represent, for the purposes of professional relations with all producers subject to the Status of the Artist Act (S.C. 1992, c.33) throughout Canada, a sector composed of:

1. authors of original French language literary or dramatic works intended for publication; and
   
   
2. authors of French language literary or dramatic works originally intended for the stage, radio, television, cinema or audio-visual media at the time of publication of the work in any medium and for that purpose only.
