The Canadian Artists and Producers Professional Relations Tribunal hereby grants to

La Guilde des musiciens du Québec

certification to represent a sector composed of all independent contractors engaged within the province of Quebec by a producer subject to the Status of the Artist Act to perform the function of performing musician, conductor, arranger or orchestrator, except when these artists are represented by the American Federation of Musicians of the United States and Canada (AFM) under the terms of the jurisdictional agreement between La Guilde des musiciens du Quebec and the AFM dated October 23, 1996.
