Former Members seized with a case

In very specific cases, at the request of the Chairperson, a member of the Tribunal who has ceased to hold office may take part in the hearing and determination of any matter of which the member was previously seized and, for that purpose, is deemed to be a member (subs. 14(3) of the Status of the Artist Act)
