Current business
The complaint of the Union des Artistes (UDA), File No 1330-11-001, against the Société Radio-Canada (SRC), alleging that the SRC failed to comply with subparagraph 50(a)(iv) of the Status of the Artist Act, remains before the Tribunal.

Reappointment to the Tribunal
On December 1, 2011, the Governor in Council authorized the re-appointment of Marie-Josée Castonguay to serve as a part-time Member of the Canadian Artists and Producers Professional Relations Tribunal, for a term of one year effective December 11, 2011 until December 10, 2012.
