  On February 17, 2010, in Letter Decision 107, the Tribunal granted La Guilde des musiciens du Québec’s request to review its certification order (File No 1350-10-001).

  A hearing is scheduled for April 7 and 8, 2010, in the complaint by the Canadian Artists’ Representation/Le Front des artistes canadiens (CARFAC) and Le regroupement des artistes en arts visuels du Québec (RAAV) against the National Gallery of Canada (Case No. 1330-08-001). The hearing will be held in Ottawa in the Canada Industrial Relations Board’s hearing room at 240 Sparks Street, 4th floor, Room 420.
